You can always try taobao, it’s a website a lot like ebay only it’s based in china and everything is a lot cheaper!

This LJ community will help you get started and you can look at reviews of things others have purchased, maybe find a good wig seller from one of these posts and go from there! You will have to order through a third party site, the one I normally use is taobaonow.
