my friend has an elesa cosplay from pokemon black/white and i want to make her new earphones for her birthday. i plan on painting a pair of headphones white and thought of painting them red and blue at the bottom but would like to add some red and blue plastic to make the shape look the same as hers do in the game, do you have any suggestions? also i will have to attach some thick black chord to each end, do you know of anything i could use for this?

well i made my scout headset;
seen here;
out of a regular head set. i shaped some styrafoam into a rough oval shape. and then used model magic crayola clay to build it up and smooth it out, get a nice shape to it.
then i cut in niches about a centimeter in to put the head band part of the headphones and dug out the inside for more room. and then hotglued the whole thing.
i can get pictures up if need be. and just make a hole and stick in the wire and hot glue it.
